Significant other....Part 2...

• How old are each of you? He's is a very hot 36 year old gentlemen & I'm 29. There is eight years between us. When I was a little girl, I'm thinking, maybe in the 5th-6th grade I was on the bus and we were waiting at the high school for the the high school kids to get on that afternoon. I remember every day that I was really excited because there was this guy who drove a little red truck and he parked right where my seat was and I would get to see him. Yes, I was a 5th grader on a crush on a senior...cute huh??? Well...even then when I dreamed of that guy in the red truck who I knew nothing about but that he drove that truck, had dark hair, really caring blue eyes and a smile that I still remember-yup one day he smiled right at me! I see now that he was probably thinking "Aww look at that little girl...she's so cute!" (I'm sure he was thinking I was cute...but not in a pervy way.) Who would have thought...16 years later, him travling the world, that he'd come back to his home town, meet me and become the most wonderful person in my life-besides my dog. I think of Gary as my personal Prince Charming and hero!

• Whose siblings do you see the most? Personally I see mine more but usually when we are together we see his sister more.
• .Do you have any children together? Yes, a fur child who is the apple of our eye! He's a three year old Chorkie named Giggs & I wouldn't trade anything in the world for him!

• Who asked who out? Eh...I don't really know on this...it was kinda mutual...as stated in Significant Other...Part 1
• What about pets? Giggers!!! and NameNo, a fish.

• !What is the hardest situation on you as a couple? This should say "What "WAS" the hardest situation on us as a couple?" There have been a few instances that have came up but we are very open and honest with each other. We may not always like what we hear but part of loving someone is letting them know that there are areas that they need to improve on. I've had major issues with my "mental" state due to several things that have occurred over the years and because of that it's been really hard and trying at times but he's never walked away and left me to manage on my own.

• Did you go to the same school? Yes but since we are 8 years apart never at the same time.

• Are you from the same home town? Yes. Even though he's moved away to Greece in the middle in the end you always come back to AR!
• Who is the smartest? To be honest...we are both pretty smart but in different area. Mine is mostly useless trivia and his is knowledgeable things that everyone should know. He'll surprise me ever once in awhile and use a big word that I've never heard before or I'll come up with some unknown uncommon fact and we both end up stimulating each others mind! That is wonderful thing to have in a relationship-keeps things alive and interesting.

• Who is the most sensitive? Well, I used to be very sensitive but over time I've learned that he really does love me and anything he has to say is only to help me become a better person. Medication helps too...lol.

• Where do you eat out most as a couple? The Frog!! Because I love that place and even though he doesn't always want it he'll give in and take me.

• Where is the furthest you have traveled together as a couple? Try a 6 hour trip to Mississippi...yes it normally takes 3hrs tops to get there...but we got stuck in non-moving traffic! If you can sit with someone at a standstill on the interstate for hours at a time and still laugh and have fun and not have a single argument...you have a real love and fun relationship!

• Who has the craziest exes? I don't really know how to answer this...guys that I consider my ex are the ones that I've been serious with and had a monogamous relationship with long-term-in that case none of them are crazy...one is nuts but that's just who he is...the other is CRAZY but in a super funny way & he's married to my really good friend-Tara. (Hi, Tara...she follows me. =) ) The rest of them are just that the ex. As for his ex...none has caused any issues for us. Usually the ones that cause issues for us is the few date/one night "mistakes" but we can handle the issues on our own and not let it cause an issue-after all that is all in the past.

• Who has the worst temper? I have heard-him. But I think that it's pretty wonderful that I've never pushed him to that level, honestly I don't think I could. Might be fun though bc I kind of find guys with tempers a bit hot. Both of us are pretty easy going-I THINK.

• Who does the cooking? He has in the past but I've been doing more here of late since I have a new kitchen that I love! I absolutely LOVE cooking for him!!! It makes me feel domestic like.

• Who is more social? We both are...but maybe him. Sometimes I really don't want to talk to people and I mean...don't want to see them, talk to them, answer text, answer phone, and yes I'm that person that you will see ducking behind something at Wal-Mart to avoid talking to someone-no reason but sometimes I just want to do my shopping & have ME time!

• Who is the neat freak? I think it's 50/50..NOW. I haven't always been neat and organized but here of late, I'm liking having everything put up and in it's place. Especially since I've moved.

• Who is more stubborn? We both can be but we always come to a compromise-I've learned that I have to do in order for him to be able to have his golfing hobby and have his friends. I can be needy at times but as long as there is some type of compromise then I'm ok with things. Him, unless he is pushed to the point that I've heard I don't want to see him at then he's MAJORLY easy going!

• Who hogs the bed? GIGGS! Our dog! He likes to be on Garys side and Gary is a sucker for him...every time I'm hanging on the side of the bed, I can promise it's due to Giggs laying long ways (he's only 8lbs so you know he's not really big unless stretched out...) but Gary lets him do that...and I end up nearly falling off.

• Who wakes up earlier? Me, I have to work at 8:30-he works from 3:00-11:30 so he doesn't get up until 1 or so.

• Who has the bigger family? Def him! And I'm telling you , I've dated guys who has great families and one in particular I'm still best friends with his sister-in-law & brother. But something about Gary's family is so comfortable and comfortable. I feel at home around them, like I belong there and I've never had that before. Love The Berrys!

• Do you get flowers often? No, and I really wish that this would change. He was good about this earlier on in the relationship but with life developing, him constantly paying for things I can see how it would be hard to get flowers every day like I'd like...lol. He did surprise me a few months ago after a lil tiff with flowers & I cried. It was the sweetest gesture. I love things like that.

• How do you spend the holidays? With families and friends. We both are close with our families and share values when it comes to spending Holidays with families and if our friends are home from out of state we try to make sure we spend some Holiday time with them.

• How long did it take to get serious? Like I've already said....it was pretty instant with us.

• Who does the laundry? Both but I do enjoy his laundry-again makes me feel domestic.

• Who is better with the computer? Better-him...but don't be fooled by me because I'm pretty snazzy as well. We both are pretty smart at techy type things.

• Who drives when you are together? Mostly he drives and I prefer that even if we take my car. I just know that men, esp him can drive better than me, he knows his way around and is very smart at finding places...me I have a panic attack because I can't figure out which parking entrance to enter at Old NAvy!

• Would you change anything about your relationship? Maybe...I'd like to at least be engaged by now but that's the whole reason for me naming my blog "Patiently Waiting" waiting until the time is right is by far better than jumping on something before it's naturally ready. I know in my heart that it will happen some day-just have to wait...wait patiently for him to give me that million dollar ring!
